Over a three-month period, Talent Partner Australia helped the HealthTech company fill 8 critical roles, resulting in significant cost savings of $185,970 in traditional recruitment fees, while reducing their time to fill rate by over 50%. When the company unexpectedly lost a major government contract, they were able to turn off recruitment until the next hiring cycle.

A European asset management technology company, offering a true end to end solution to their clients is rising to the top of their market globally. They have a strong footprint in the EU and North America and huge growth potential in APAC.

Growing in a new region proves challenging to attract high quality talent with the necessary skills to sell, implement and support their solutions. They become heavily reliant on contractors and struggle to extend their successful internal recruitment function in the APAC region.
